(縛斯仙, 缚斯仙)

Vasiṣṭha, 'a very celebrated Vedic ṛishi or inspired sage,' owner of the cow of plenty and able therefore to grant all desires. M.W. One of the six fire-(sa) devas in the (sa) maṇḍala.
