缚斯仙
(縛斯仙, 缚斯仙)
Vasiṣṭha, 'a very celebrated Vedic ṛishi or inspired sage,' owner of the cow of plenty and able therefore to grant all desires. M.W. One of the six fire-(sa) devas in the (sa) maṇḍala.
